Fish with basil
Instructions
Grease well the Fund into a mold to soufflés and cover of basil leaves.
Mix the oil with the spices, round inside and arrange fillets in the mould.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 cod fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some leaves of basil
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- Lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
