Instructions

In a pan heat enough oil to cover the bottom, bake the fish slices three minutes from anywhere, add salt.

Chop together parsley, capers and diluted with a little oil and the juice of 1/2 lemon passed to colander.

Pass the fish on a serving dish.

Pour in the pan the chopped capers and lemon juice, stir and pour it on the trance.
