Cherry chicken breasts
Instructions
Flour the chicken breasts and saute it with the chopped shallots and butter; pour the brandy and let evaporate.
Add the white wine, add salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile the stoned cherries being careful not to dispel the juice, then add all the chicken breasts.
Continue still cooking for another 5 minutes and serve.

- Flour
- 1 shallot
- 30 g of butter
- 1 dram of brandy
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 200 g of black cherries pitted
- Salt
- Pepper
