Polenta with trimmings of pork ribs
Instructions
Prepare the polenta and put it aside, Brown the meat in oil and butter.
Cut vegetables into small pieces and onion slices, add them by mixing the meat with salt, wine and brandy.
Cook over low heat for 15-18 minutes.
Serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of yellow flour
- For the trimmings:
- 400 g of pork ribs
- 8 leaves savoy cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 ribs of celery
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 glass of brandy
- Salt
- Pepper
