Polenta and milk (2)
Instructions
Bring to a boil saltwater 150 cl and pour with rain the flour.
Cook for 1 hour stirring constantly with a whisk.
Turn the polenta onto a cutting board and cut it into slices.
Heat the milk with the cream and a pinch of salt and pour it into a bowl.
Add a handful of Parmesan cheese and mix.
Eat the polenta slices after being soaked in milk.

- 350 g of corn flour
- 60 cl of milk
- 20 cl of cream
- Salt
- Grated parmesan cheese
