Chicken with artichokes
Instructions
Bear in bathroom the cloves of artichokes in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces; take a saucepan which the chicken does not occupy more than 2/3 of its capacity, set it to heat on moderate fire until it reaches the exact degree of warmth as general instructions.
