Swiss chicken
Instructions
Flaming and wash the chicken, cut into pieces, flour just and Brown on all sides in 1 capable dish in hot oil for 10 minutes.
Cut the ham into strips and add to the chicken, then pouring into the white wine, spices, salt, pepper and Sage leaves.
Move the dish in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes or more, until the chicken meat will be tender.
