Chicken with peanuts
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces, flour and cook them slowly in oil.
Crush the peanuts in a mortar, put them in a saucepan with a little water and let them cook with salt, pepper and spices until obtaining a cream which combine butter.
Pour this sauce on chicken, Cook 10 minutes, stirring and merge, if necessary, a little hot water.

- 1 chicken
- 200 g of shelled and roasted peanuts
- 20 g of butter
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Mixed powdered spices
