Instructions

FRY in a little oil to veil the sliced onion and diced bacon.

Add the brandy and let it evaporate.

Add a ladle of broth and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.

Aside from Brown chicken breasts in oil and butter, salt and serve them sprinkled with Bacon sauce.
