Chicken with peppers (3) (Pollo con I Peperoni (3))
Instructions
Flaming chicken, wash and cut into pieces.
Wash the peppers, clean them from the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Put in a pan with oil and salt and peppered chicken, roast it for a quarter of an hour.
Spray it with wine and as soon as the wine is removed, add the peppers and sliced tomatoes and continue cooking for about an hour, adding a bit of hot water in which the nut has been dissolved.
