Chicken with anchovies
Instructions
Clean the chicken, wash it, cut it into pieces and Brown in 1 pan with the Rosemary and olive oil.
Do Brown over low heat, salt lightly, half-cooked, remove the chicken pieces from pot and put them aside.
Prepare In a bowl chopped garlic and anchovies, then add the vinegar, add it to the broth and put into the pan the chicken.
Cook for 40 minutes on low heat.
