Chicken with green peppers
Instructions
In a saucepan heat a large knob of butter and four tablespoons of olive oil, then saucepan for a quarter of an hour the chicken cut into pieces, stirring often.
Add salt and pepper, cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
At this point add the green peppers, whole garlic, a little oil if necessary.
Continue cooking over low heat for half an hour.
Wet if necessary with a little hot water.
Served hot.
