Meatballs alla genovese
Instructions
Prepare the granules, soak the breadcrumbs in the milk and add the meat, egg, parmesan, parsley and chopped garlic, mushrooms rehydrated and chopped, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Mix well and form meatballs, dip in breadcrumbs and FRY in oil.
