Recipe suitable for a child from 10 months onwards.
Boil the potato without peeling.
Put the chicken breast and add the potato, peeled and crushed, egg yolk, parmesan and a pizzichino of salt.
Stir well then anoint the hands and make balls about the size of a cherry.
Pour the oil into a dish, deponetevi balls, slightly crushed, and put chopped Sage leaves.
Cover the pot with a lid, place it over a pot with boiling water and cook the meatballs for about a quarter of an hour, turning once.
Let them cool slightly to allow the little guest of any jerky quietly with their hands.
