Tomatoes stuffed with rice (3)
Instructions
Wash and cut the tomatoes, cover and keep them svuotateli the pulp.
In a bowl put the rice, parsley, Basil and garlic crushed, sieved pulp, oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Grease a baking pan, line the tomatoes, sprinkle the pretzels inside and half fill with prepared mixture.
Cover with their caps; cut the potatoes into wedges and distribute them among the tomatoes, pour a little oil on the cups and the potatoes.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
This dish can be served warm or cool.

- 8 ripe tomatoes
- 8 tablespoons of arborio rice
- 3 potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
