Tomato soufflé
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, peel while still hot, pass the potato masher and collect the proceeds in a bowl.
Cut the tomatoes, cover svuotateli internally, sprinkle the pretzels then turn upside down on a wire rack and let the water issue.
Mix the Parmesan potatoes, chopped Basil and marjoram, eggs, salt and pepper.
Dried tomatoes with kitchen paper, then fill with the prepared stuffing.
Arrange on a greased plate, decorate with oil and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
