Instructions
Boil potatoes and carrots in plenty of boiling salted water for about 20/25 minutes.
Pass through a food mill, combine chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons raw vegetable cream, add salt.
Mix well all the ingredients and serve.
