Instructions
Cook for about 15 minutes the soybean grain in plenty of boiling salted water, drain, squeeze with your hands.
Take a beating with all the smells and fry it slightly in 3 tablespoons oil in a large saucepan.
Add the seasoning and granular stirring often for at least 10 minutes add the chopped and soaked mushrooms are wet with the wine, let it evaporate.
Add the tomato sauce, add salt and cook over very low heat for at least 1 hour (longer cooking is prolonged over the meat sauce is good!).
Use it for preparing lasagna, to dress pasta, cereals or porridge.
