Fried ravioli with montasio cheese and artichokes with sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
Chop the artichokes and sauté in a pan.
Pull a thin layer of dough and form of the montagnette artichokes, add the montasio cheese, close the dough and FRY.
Reduce vinegar with shallots, saffron and sugar.
When dry add the reduced cream.

- 2 artichokes
- 50 g of montasio cheese
- 10 cl of wine vinegar
- 1 sachet of saffron
