Raviolini of ham
Instructions
Mix well the flour, eggs, water and a pinch of salt and pull a thin pastry.
Prepare the filling with two kinds of ham, grana and two egg yolks.
Distribute it to piles on half pastry, cover with the other half, then get the ravioli in boiling broth and cook for about 4 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 1/2 eggshell of water

- 150 g of ham

- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- Or meat broth with vegetables
