Turbot with mushrooms
Instructions
Grease a baking sheet, sprinkle flounder fillets salted and peppered.
Cover with porcini mushrooms, soaked with the wine and cook for 10 minutes in preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Place the fish in the dish.
Mix oil, catmint, lemon and cooking: pour the sauce on turbot and serve.

- 450 g of turbot fillets
- 50 g of mushrooms cut into matchstick
- 10 cl of white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon of chopped catmint
- 15 g of butter
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Salt
