Turkey Rolls (Rotolini di Tacchino)
Instructions
Remove the sausage skin and cut it into 8 pieces.
Beat the meat slices.
Place on a piece of sausage slices, roll up and close with a toothpick.
Brown the rolls into the hot oil, wet with wine and salt.
Cover and cook for about 25 minutes.
A few minutes before removing from heat, raise the heat and to restrict the gravy.
