Instructions

Sauté the salmon fillets with oil and butter, chopped shallots and simmer by turning the salmon from time to time, keeping it covered.

When cooked remove from the cooking pot and add the cream, reduce the cream until you have a fairly thick cream.

Serve the salmon sprinkled with chives.
