Artichoke sauce
Instructions
Wash and private outer leaves and tops of the artichokes, cut them into thin slices.
In a saucepan, sauté the finely sliced onion with parsley in the oil, add the artichokes, then cook for a few minutes, add the tomato sauce, add salt and cook for about 15 minutes.
Pass it to the blender.
Suitable for seasoning or accompany boiled cereals, pasta, boiled vegetables, croutons.

- 2 young tender artichokes
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- Salt
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
