Instructions
Soak mushrooms in warm water, when they are ready, drain (keeping aside the soaking water) and cut them into small pieces.
In a saucepan, heat oil with garlic, parsley and chilli, add the mushrooms and seasoning, stirring for a few minutes.
Continue cooking, adding the mushroom soaking water previously filtered through gauze.
When cooked, add the vegetable cream, 5 minutes to pick up for, adjust salt.
Excellent for seasoning grains, polenta croutons.

- 25 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- Hot pepper
- Parsley
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 100 g of vegetable cream
- Salt
