Instructions
Wash the Mint and leave it lying on a towel.
Finely chop finely with the Crescent and place it in a bowl with a pinch of salt, and sugar, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, gradually add the vinegar and water.
Continue to turn until the sugar is completely dissolved and the sauce is smooth and homogeneous.
This is the classic recipe in English to prepare the mint sauce that is usually served with roast lamb.

- 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
