Anchovy Sauce (Salsa di Alici)
Instructions
Prepare a beaten of garlic, parsley and chilli.
FRY in a little oil, add the chopped anchovies.
Wet with wine and cook until the anchovies have dissolved.
For Lasagna or spaghetti sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of fresh anchovies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Hot pepper
- Dry white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
