Lamb cacciatore
Instructions
Prepare the baking cooking in oil onion, carrot and chopped celery.
Add the meat cut into pieces, add salt and pepper and let it take flame color.
Add the mushrooms soaked in warm water.
Wet with wine, let it evaporate and finally add the diced tomatoes and olives.
Cook for 20 minutes in covered casserole by adding every now and then a bit of mushroom soaking water filtered through a strainer.

- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 40 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 40 g of olive oil
- 40 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 10 black olives
- Salt
- Pepper
