Aromatic white sea bream
Instructions
Mince a clove of garlic with 1 tablespoon Rosemary, a sprig of parsley, thyme and a little salt.
Stuffed with chopped the white sea bream and strofinatene a bit on the gills.
Place the fish in a baking dish, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and emulsified oil with lemon juice, a little water and whole garlic clove.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
