Clean the shallots and cut them into 4 segments.
Put them in a dish covered with milk and let stand for 30 minutes.
Drain them and pass them in the flour.
In a pan heat the oil with the Juniper and Rosemary, combine the shallots and let them Brown.
Add salt after cooking.
