Scaloppine al barolo
Instructions
Finely chop the onions and brown them in a pan with oil, add the veal slices flour and fry them on both sides, add salt and pepatele.
Pour over the tomato sauce diluted in the broth, continue cooking for 5 minutes, then washed down with red wine, evaporate over a low heat, add the chopped Basil and the remaining broth.

- 2 spring onions
- Basil
- 1/2 tablespoon of tomato sauce

- Flour
- 2 cups of barolo wine
- 1 cup of broth
