Instructions
In a pot with about 250 cl saltwater put to cook for about 40 minutes, the celery, the onion cut into four, carrot, peeled potatoes and oregano.
Strain the broth, discarding the vegetables, pour it in a smaller pot and open up the eggs, making them glide gently to prevent it from bursting.
Serve hot with croutons.
Sprinkle with a few spoonful of cheese.
' Sciscillu ' is short for ' shisha ', allegra, toys.
This is, in fact, a simple dish that can be considered almost a boyish game.
