Sedanini with broccoli, raisins, anchovies, pinolie
Instructions
Saute onion, white wine and anchovies.
Add the boiled broccoli, pine nuts and raisins soften made previously in marsala.
Sedanini Cook in salted water and then blow them up in a pan with the sauce for 3 minutes.
Then serve with grated pecorino romano.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of type sedanini noodles
- 250 g of broccoli
- 30 g of sultanas
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 1/2 onion
- White wine
- 2 anchovies
- Grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- To soak the raisins:
- Marsala wine
