Fried celery (2)
Instructions
Wash the celery and lessatelo for 10 minutes in salted water, then drain and let cool.
Cut it into slices about half a centimetre high, put them in beaten egg with a pinch of salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
In a pan heat three tablespoons of oil with a knob of butter, and lay soffriggetevi celery.
Collect it when they are evenly Golden.
Dry on paper towels, add salt and serve.

- 1 big celeriac
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 pinch of salt
