Tuna steaks
Instructions
Let marinate for 2 hours 4 trance of tuna 150 g in weight each, in a sauce made with 8 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper, grated rind of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon spices (Rosemary, Sage, marjoram and oregano) chopped and 1 glass of dry white wine.
Turn occasionally the trance in tuna marinade so that you insaporiscano well and then cook them on the grill, ungendole with their marinade.

- 4 trance of tuna 150 g each
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil

- Freshly ground pepper

- 1 teaspoon of rosemary, sage, marjoram, oregano
- 1 glass dry white wine
