Tuna stew
Instructions
Rinse the fish well and tie it with a string, punzecchiarlo and put it with the chopped vegetables.
Join the aromas, some slice of lemon and sprinkle with the wine, letting it marinate for 4 hours.
Remove the lemon, put in pot, add salt and bring to a boil for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove the fish, reduce the sauce, blend and add the oil.
Serve the sliced fish with its sauce.

- 1 tuna steak from 600 g
- 50 cl of white wine
- 2 carrots
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 onion
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Some of slices lemon
- Parsley
- Coarse salt
- Olive oil
