Instructions
Fry the chopped onions with 1/2 cup of olive oil and the garlic; Add the cuttlefish and let them season 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes peeled and cut into cubes, add salt and pepper, cover; reduce the heat and cook for an hour.
Wet with a little warm water if necessary.
Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.
