Surprise pudding
Instructions
Boil the potatoes and peas.
Pass the potatoes and add milk, salt, nutmeg, egg yolks, egg whites and Parmesan.
Pour half of the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Season with butter peas, Diced Bacon and dried mushrooms in hot water.
Pour in baking pan, cover with the remaining potatoes and pass in the oven for 20 minutes

- 1000 g of potatoes
- 25 cl of milk
- 4 eggs
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 300 g of frozen peas
- 1 handful of dried mushrooms
- Nutmeg
- 50 g of bacon
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- Salt
