Flan to switzerland
Instructions
Knead the flour, salt and butter with a little water.
Roll out the pastry and place it in a buttered mould, leaving aside a number of pasta that will serve as a lid.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile scalded tomatoes in boiling water, Peel and cut them into slices.
