Sole in Sweet and Sour Sauce (Sogliole in Agrodolce)
Instructions
Clean the sole, flour them and cook in a little olive oil, salandole on both sides.
Let them warm in the oven.
Peel the Orange and shake it with the mixer.
In the Pan where you cooked the sole fry the finely chopped onion, add the sugar, wine and caramelize.
Add the lemon juice and orange blended, do pick up and cover the soles with the sauce.
