Spaghetti with baby squid (2)
Instructions
Clean the baby octopus: open, remove the entrails and weed out the little cartilage in the center of the tentacles.
Cook, covered, over low heat, for 30 minutes with olive oil, parsley and chopped garlic and a pinch of salt.
Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain, toss with the sauce of moscardini, sprinkle with plenty of pepper, mix well and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 500 g of small and tender baby squid
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
