Spaghetti with baby squid
Instructions
Clean the baby squid, wash them well and set aside to drain for a while.
Meanwhile, in a Pan fry the garlic in oil; then add the baby octopus with chili and salt being careful because the very reduced their moscardini volume and are already pretty salty.
Simmer until they are tender (about 40 minutes).
Cook spaghetti al dente, drain and sauté them in a pan for a few minutes.
Before serving sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley leaves.

- 400 g of moscardini
- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Hot pepper
- Salt
