Instructions

Boil al dente spaghetti, meanwhile pressed the parsley and grate the zest of the lemons.

When the spaghetti is ready, put the dough in a bowl and add the lemon zest, parsley, olive oil, pepper and plenty of grated Parmesan.

Mix everything together and serve immediately.
