Seaweed and salmon noodles
Instructions
Clean and wash the salicornia.
Pan fry for one minute in boiling water, then remove from the water and squeeze it.
Cook spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water and drain.
FRY in olive oil the shallots and garlic.
Add the white wine and salicornia.
Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, add the salmon and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 slices of salmon cut into 1 cm cubes
- 200 g of salicornia seaweed
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic chopped fine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- == 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- Salt
- Pepper
