Spaghetti alla carbonara (5)
Instructions
Cut the pancetta into small dice and sauté with a little olive oil in a skillet large enough to hold spaghetti.
In a bowl beat the eggs and pepandole salandole.
Drain spaghetti al dente and pour into the Pan, add the beaten eggs, mix everything with the high flame for a few minutes.
Sprinkled with pecorino and serve very hot.

- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of bacon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Little of olive oil
- Grated pecorino cheese
