Spaghetti alla carbonara (6)
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and Brown in a pan with oil.
Cut the bacon into strips, add them to the mixture and FRY until crisp.
Boil the spaghetti in a large pot with lightly salted boiling water.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, parmesan, a little salt and plenty of ground black pepper.
Drain the pasta and return it to the pot, turn on the heat and season it with the egg mixture.
Stir until the custard begins to thicken and serve.

- 280 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 150 g of thick cut bacon (1/2 cm)
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Little of salt
- Abundant of ground black pepper
