Spaghetti alla carrettiera
Instructions
Wash and chop the mushrooms.
Fry the garlic and the pancetta in olive oil, add the mushrooms, meat extract, half a cup of water, pepper.
Simmer for 15 minutes, then add the chopped tuna.
Seasoned with sauce spaghetti cooked al dente.
