Spaghetti with cream of broccoli
Instructions
Clean the broccoli and divide the tops from the ribs.
Boil in salted water.
Cook the spaghetti in the cooking water of broccoli.
Mix the ribs with anchovy fillets and oil.
Season the pasta with anchovies, then add the florets of broccoli and serve.
