Spaghetti alla turiddu
Instructions
Prepare a plentiful of chopped parsley, basil, almonds, olives and tomato fillets.
Add a few tablespoons of olive oil, salt, plenty of pepper and keep warm in a double boiler.
Boil the pasta and dress with the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 2 tufts of parsley
- Abundant of basil
- 50 g of peeled almonds
- 50 g of not salted pistachios
- 10 green olives (or black olives)
- 6 big ripe tomatoes
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Abundant of pepper
- 450 g of type pasta spaghetti
