Spaghetti alle vongole (5)
Instructions
Put in pot 4 tablespoons oil, onion, garlic and finely chopped parsley.
To taste, then add the drained clams, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti al dente, drain and toss with the sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 130 g of clams in brine
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
